By telephone call 1-989-875-4902 Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Currently we receive an overwhelming amount of phone calls each day  If all incoming lines are busy please keep trying or send us an email.

By email at dithaca@msn.com  When sending an email please type customer service along with the name that appears on the order into the subject line of the email. For an example: Subject "Customer Service John Doe". This will allow us to quickly separate your customer service request from the hundreds of emails we receive each day.
