We have a lake cabin in Eureka Kansas (67045) and unless we go satellite we
can't get reception.
Any suggestions?

Greetings Scott,

Antennaweb.org reports no stations available for your location. However after further investigation I found Wichita to have five channels. According to the coverage maps from these stations they do reach your area using a large TV antenna and pre-amplifier. I would recommend the Wingard HD 7084 TV antenna and the Channel Master 7777 pre-amplifier. That combination provides the longest range of any antenna, amplifier combination I know of. Also depending on the terrain you may also receive some channels from KC when the antenna is pointed to that direction.

UPDATE:
The above recommendation is outdated. Since that time the HD Stacker antenna has been designed and is now on the market. My recommendation now would be for the HD Stacker antenna. See the HD Stacker antenna

If I can assist you further Scott please don't hesitate to contact me.

Denny,

I live at ____________St, Lawrence,  KS  66046.  I have one digital TV that I would like to purchase an antenna.   I would like to be able to get Kansas City channels if I could.  KC is about 50 miles to the east.  I am a novice at this.  Are there wireless antenna receivers that I could purchase?  I would like not to have to run a wire through the house to the antenna if I could get away from it.  Could you please help me make a good decision.  Thanks!

Greetings Andrew,

According to the reception data the EZ-HD TV antenna is a great choice for your location. To help insure consistent quality reception I suggest the AP 8700 mast mounted preamplifier. The antenna can be installed in a stationary position with the narrower end of the antenna pointing East/Northeast.

>

I'm sorry but I know of no wireless TV antenna distribution systems.
>

I am very confident that this equipment properly installed (I'm here to help if you need it) will provide you with excellent digital/HD reception.

>

If you would like step by step detailed information on how to install the equipment, or if I can assist you in anyway, please don't hesitate to contact me.
