TV Antenna Selection for District of Columbia

Hi,
I live on a 2 story townhouse on Capitol Hill in Washington DC.
My address is ________ St. NE.
I am currently using a cable service but I would like to receive UHF and VHF stations using an antenna. I am especially intrerested in receiving UHF station 56, WNVC from Virginia.
Which antenna would be the best to use?
John T.

Greetings John,
I examined the reception condition and here's what I found. First there are a lot of stations with very strong signals near you. IND station WNVC transmitter is only 12 miles from your location but is broadcasting a weaker signal then most of the stations. I have no doubt your best choice is the miniMAX TV antenna along with the HDP 269 antenna preamplifier. This preamplifier is a high signal input unit and can handle the strong signal input from the high output stations and yet will provide amplification for the weaker WNVC.
The antenna can be installed in a stationary position with the narrow end pointing just a little north of west. This position will provide both analog and digital/HD reception on the following stations in no particular order. CW 50, MNT 20, ABC 7, PBS 26, PBS 32, NBC 4, TFA 14, FOX 5, CBS 9, TEL 64, ION 42, UNI 30, PBS 62, PBS 31, and IND 56.
I am very confident that this equipment properly installed (I'm here to help if you need it) will provide you with excellent reception for both analog and digital/HDTV signals.
If you would like detailed information on how to install the equipment, or if I can assist you in any way, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Product Status = in stock
Best Regards,
Denny Duplessis
